Digital Products (Instant Downloads)
Due to the nature of digital products, all digital sales are final once the file has been downloaded or accessed.
If you experience a technical issue (broken link, wrong file, or download problem), contact us and we will provide support, resend the files, or replace the download when appropriate.
Shipped Products (Physical Items)
For shipped/physical products, return and refund eligibility depends on the item and supplier.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or does not arrive within the stated delivery timeframe, please contact us and we will help resolve the issue.

Where returns are accepted, items must be unused and in original condition, and may need to be returned to the supplier’s return address.

Shipping costs (including return shipping) are generally non-refundable unless the issue is caused by an error on our side or the supplier’s side.
Cancellations

Digital orders cannot be cancelled once delivered.

Shipped orders may be cancelled only if the order has not yet been processed or shipped. If it has already shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
