1) Products & Delivery
PixelPay offers digital products (templates, guides, and downloadable resources) and a selection of shipped physical products.

Digital products are delivered electronically via email and/or instant download after payment.

Shipped products are delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout. Shipping costs, delivery estimates, and fulfillment details are shown on each product page.
2) Orders & Access
After purchase, you are responsible for providing a valid email address. Digital download links may also appear on your order confirmation page.
3) Refunds & Returns

Digital products: Due to the nature of digital goods, refunds are not available once the product has been downloaded or accessed. If you experience a technical issue, contact us and we will help resolve it.

Shipped products: Return and refund eligibility (if applicable), shipping timelines, and conditions are stated on the product page and/or our Refund Policy.
4) Use License (Digital Products)
Digital products are licensed for personal or business use by the purchaser only. You may not resell, redistribute, or share the files, or claim them as your own.
5) Pricing & Taxes
Prices are shown at checkout. Taxes (if applicable) may be calculated based on your location.
6) Chargebacks & Fraud
We reserve the right to block orders that appear fraudulent. Chargebacks may result in access being revoked while we investigate.
