1) How do I receive my digital download?
After checkout, you’ll receive an email with your download link. In most cases, the download is also available on your order confirmation page.
2) I didn’t receive my download email. What should I do?
Check your spam/promotions folder first. If it’s not there, contact us and include your order number and the email used at checkout.
3) Can I get a refund on digital products?
Digital products are not refundable once they have been downloaded or accessed. If you have a technical issue, we’ll help you fix it or provide a replacement file.
4) Do you sell physical (shipped) products too?
Yes, we offer selected shipped products. Shipping costs, delivery estimates, and fulfillment details are shown on each product page.
5) How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary by product and destination. Please check the delivery estimate shown on the product page before ordering.
6) My shipped item arrived damaged or incorrect. What now?
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We’ll help resolve it.
7) Can I cancel an order?
Digital orders can’t be cancelled once delivered. Shipped orders may be cancellable only if they haven’t been processed or shipped yet.
